Delete Your StadiumQuest Account

You can permanently delete your StadiumQuest account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete From the App (fastest)

1. Open StadiumQuest and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm twice. Your account and data are removed immediately.

This works for every sign-in method — Google, Apple, email & password, and guest accounts.

Already Uninstalled the App?

Email support@stadiumquest.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by reply. (Guest accounts have no email attached; reinstalling the app and using the in-app deletion is the only way to remove a guest profile.)

What Gets Deleted

Everything associated with your account:

• Your sign-in record and profile (email, display name, photo, home city, interests)
• All uploaded photos, including your profile photo
• All quests, check-ins, and stadium visit history
• All points, achievements, and earned posters
• Your entry on the rankings/leaderboard
• Any stored data exports

What Is Retained

A single non-identifying audit record (an internal account ID and a timestamp — no name, email, or content) is kept as proof the deletion was completed, as permitted by data-protection rules.
